Ruler of the vicious Gnomes, Rugedo acquired power by assassinating
his own father. For years the Gnomes battled against the island
of Banku, but Rugedo and Emperor Sudat eventually joined forces
and used their combined power to negotiate treaties with Utopia
and Neamis. Rugedožs savagery and knowledge of weapons is well known
throughout the lands of Kei Nor. |
AMBASSADOR
DAI:
Ambassador of the Cutteray. Dai was instrumental
in negotiating the peace accord between his people and King Galant.
During the war he was a famous general and commanded an elite company
that included the warrior Talon. Settled into his role as a politician,
Dai is one of the most respected leaders among the island nations. |

JONN:
The Prince
of Utopia, son of King Galant. Though Jonn secretly wishes to
be a writer, his royal station forces him to follow in his father's
footsteps. Spared the agony of war by the King's peace accord
with the Cutteray, Jonn hasn't experienced the pain his people
have endured. Following the end of the Cutteray war, Jonn's father
arranges for him to marry the Empress May Sudat. But when the
vicious Markeen return, the marriage is delayed and Jonn is sent
with the Cutteray warrior Talon to investigate. Soon he comes
face to face with a mythic warrior known only as Saint Angel.

SAINT
ANGEL'S BAND:
In her
travels, Saint Angel has assembled a band of warriors to aid
her in the war against the Markeen. This diverse group includes
creatures from the many island nations of Kei Nor. Because of
its great size, Draxis, a large dragon-like beast, is used to
transport Saint Angelžs band in times of battle.
